MIPS eligible clinicians MUST use EHR technology certified to ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT necessary to meet the CEHRT definition.

Each measure is scored based on the MIPS eligible clinician’s performance for that measure, except for the measures which require a Yes/No attestation.

CMS has finalized the policy of reweighting the Promoting Interoperability performance category for  Clinical social workers only for the PY 2024 performance period.
